O'Hare on Your Chest

There is a specific type of person who has a relationship with O'Hare International Airport that goes beyond flight records. They grew up in Jefferson Park and watched the planes stack up before a storm. They commuted through Terminal 3 every Monday for three years and knew exactly which coffee cart opened first. They moved to another city and still instinctively checks ORD arrivals when a flight is delayed somewhere in the system. They just know.

Strange Allies made this for them.

The badge is distressed the right way, not overdone, just enough to look like it came off a crew jacket from 1978. ORD anchors the center. The coordinates arc across the top. Est. 1944 sits on either side of the code. Chicago, Ill., USA runs the bottom. Four stars. The whole graphic has weight to it, history compressed into a chest print that does not need to explain itself.
